5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Installation (For AC & Large Appliances)

Installation services (if applicable) may be scheduled separately after delivery.

• Installation charges may not be included in the product price unless stated.
• Customers must ensure site readiness prior to installation.
• Any additional materials or modifications will be charged separately.

7. Delivery Conditions (Large Items)

For large appliances:

• Customers must ensure proper access (elevators, door size, etc.).
• If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, additional charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If a product is received damaged or defective:

• It must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• Supporting proof (photos/videos) may be required.
• Replacement or refund will be processed after verification.

9. Returns & Refunds

Return periods vary depending on the product:

• 14 days or up to 30 days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If the order was marked as a gift, store credit or alternative arrangements may apply.

10. Product Condition & Warranty

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be finally settled by arbitration under the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules by a single arbitrator.

• The seat of arbitration shall be the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• The language of arbitration shall be English.
• The arbitral award shall be final and binding on all parties.

Third-Party Rights

A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce any provision of these Terms under any applicable law.

Independent Relationship

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between the parties. Each party operates as an independent entity.

Assignment

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Altra Smart and supersede all prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.

Severability
